Kevin Para Building & Design
Kevin Para is a lifetime Hammondsport
resident. His professional building
career began in 1985 and has evolved into all aspects of
construction
including design. We prefer to be involved with one project at a
time
devoting full attention to detail. Money is a major concern in any
project
and we believe maintaining creativity along with high quality
materials can
be achieved within any budget. Designs plans can originate from
varying
sources including architect, client, Kevin Para Designs or a
combination.
We build homes with the assumption that the home is an extension of
the
client. The finished product must represent their style, their
approach to life.
Our relationship with authorities, including Keuka Lake Code
Enforcement,
is based on a reputation of quality work and adherence to
engineering
requirements.
